location is excellent, very close to the beach and local restaurants, mini golf, arcades etc

well looked after by the night porter with a hurried breakfast before check-out to go and play golf

location for our trip, used ev charger to top up car after locating member of staff who had finished charging

i liked the fact the resort had the bonus of a spa, swimming pool and gym included and the golf course

beds were comfy, staff very helpful and the breakfast was beautiful

currently going threw a problem with the hotel for charging me twice and my girlfriend once for room service that we only ordered once and it s taking quite a while for the hotel to refund

rooms tired some staff in bar seems bored and tired too reception staff lovely

we asked for a early check in and they said they would ring when a room was available

the room meets expectations for the price and is clean, the wifi works and the heating is more than sufficient for winter

lack of wifi may be an issue for some guests although i used my own connection for my needs

kids could not sleep

it was a quiet room until the kids next door woke up

i also liked the kitchenette and the excellent location

the walls are paper thin & the wifi isn t great. the tv also didn t work very well

food available at all on christmas eve - not even room service, i had phoned in advance to ask about food and was told bar snacks would be available

they did not have a separate bar to sit and have a drink.
