everything except the pool

the rooftop pool was wonderful after a hard day of touring

the cleanliness in rooms, lobby, pool and gym was exceptional

a plus for the hotel is a pretty good gym

picked this hotel specifically because it has a gym but the equipment was very outdated and didn’t all work

could have better gluten free breakfast options- otherwise the breakfast was very good!

we travelled with 2 little ones and they had a blast at the swimming pool

the water of the pool too cold.

from the front desk staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, to the room cleaners, they were all marvelous people

the pool has little no sun as enclosed. also around 3pm mosquitoes were bitting.

kids really enjoyed the swimming pool

the pool area is small. it was so hot that the building a/c was not cooling the lobby.

water was a bit unpredictable, wifi didn t work well in the room but was fine in the reception which has comfy chairs to sit on

family and i stayed for a month and did not have really any bad experience to speak of other than wifi issues which would drop signal every once in a while

we were assigned a low-floor room with a parking lot view, which was disappointing given the rate paid during the new year period

the phone in room was not working so we couldn t request room service particularly at night time

all the personnel were amazing. facilities great. excellent breakfast.
