there was no 24hr room service

from jesus and rebecca at reception, to rayman and ainoa at breakfast buffet and juanjo at the bar and cleaning team, just a great welcome and excellent service

gym is poor

gym was too small and no free weights

room was a bit grubby and very noisy with kids running up and down the corridors.

i also had a great coffee from the hotel bar in the morning

bar closed dt 8pm, no drinks available

wifi could be better.

garage was good, location, staff very good. nice breakfast in the bar downstairs, it was clean.

the rooms were very quiet and the wifi worked well

cheese need to stay on something cold, it was sweating ud83dude25 the wifi connection was

fabulous service and staff. absolutely spotless and breakfast and dinner was superb

the room service was not available for a cup of tea
