we were very upset that we booked this hotel thinking the hot tub, pool and bar would be open for us to enjoy

didn’t like the fact that i had to request towels and bar soap, which i received the towels, we were told after we arrived that the pool was inoperable,

luckily the lady at the hotel bar let us use the bar's ice

the pool was a wonderful part of the entire trip

all my 13 yr old son wanted 2 do was swim & he had the pool all 2 himself.

i had requested late check out 2 weeks in advance but got 30 min only
