anything i could probably complain about is the hot tub was really hot and the pool was ice cold lol

i was initially assigned a building far from the water park even when i explained to the main check in i was in town without a car

and did not understand me, i paid extra to stay in rome building e across our room was the main laundry room which kept us awake most of the night from people bumping the karts of laundry, loud

kitchenette was nice to have also and plenty of towels for a family of 4 for an overnight stay

got caught up saying good bye to family at the friendship cafe for breakfast the day of check out so the staff gave us an extra half hour to do so

basic breakfast, but at least it was included in cost: bagels, toast, oj, coffee, and cereal

check in, getting change for laundry, check out and getting wristbands were all easy

great stay! extremely clean and fun water park for kids!
