pool attendant checking the water of pools every hour to keep it clean was an amazing extra

example i a man was wearing a jersey no sleeve and they turned us back to change but yet certain kids that are old enough didn’t have shoes

servers at the pool were so friendly, especially jorge

breakfast options were limited beyond mexican food - lunch offerings were the best meals of the day

my husband and i got away for a few days

had two drinks each at the pool bar and ended up not getting more as there were not great

the staff, spa, and pool facilities were also outstanding - the selection of smaller pools rather than having one large

full kitchen, the works

the gym is well equipped, and although we didn t use the spa, i will next time

we first arrived it had a timeshare feeling of trying to get you to go to a special breakfast and be part of their club

room service food was lacking compared to what they offered in their restaurants but not bad by any

also, all of the shows were at the dreams next door which was ok because kids can't go to secrets, but there could have been some kind of entertainment at the resort

the staff are all super friendly & helpful, the room was spacious & bed/linen super comfy, pool was nice & cool, restaurant attached is great - delicious food & good value for money

we made great use of their small gym during our time there as well as the rooftop pool
