breakfast was very good
no free hot breakfast, due to the virus, but did have a grab and go breakfast in a bag
the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome
were limited towels in the pool area, but it was the end of the day and almost time for the pool to be closed

however i come back to my room before checkout room services in my room 3 hours before check out talk about pissed off pretty upset to say the (as if they were not fresh/clean), the mattress was broken down, had to ask for towels, no daily room service
had guests smoking mary jane in the parking lot
pool out of order and fitness center put of order
dead bugs in bathroom, hair on pillowcases, no tv remote, advertises pool and fitness center both are permanently closed, smells like
it was easy to find. well lit parking lot. price was good

everyone was very friendly. it was clean. pool was clean. breakfast was great.
room with spa tub, the tub was unusable as the jets hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time
com had a listing at the gas city best western plus with a hot tub/spa for only about $15 more than a regular room
pool was the biggest plus lol

5-9 breakfast, 6-10 is better
oh yes, the hotel computer for customers was down, laundry not available and the drinking fountain was out of order
we wish the breakfast had been offered, but we understand it couldn't because of covid 19.
