room service was very late (4pm?) and they didn t even come one day. (+) the hotel in general is very clean, as is the room service, which is very good (+)liked having option to have restaurant and for a fee they d do room service, on days we were tired and didn t want to do out (-)no room service but wasn t a big deal to have to go down to the bistro. (-)need easier access to the water and no room service (-)was a mix up with our room service order (+) great rooms and nice room service (-)of room service was difficult

the two pools would be nice if traveling with kids

pool was nice and the perfect temperature

loved the laundry room and husband enjoyed the gym

only complaint, and the reason for giving a facilities rating of 4 rather than 5 is that we had wifi issues during our stay
