parking lot was well lit, the lady that checked us in was very polite, the young man needs to be

parking was easily acessable.

snow removal at entrance needed to be done and the parking lot needed to be plowed.

guest laundry is super cheap compared to laundry mats

to i 35 very convient - coffee an tea 24 hrs a day self serve laundry a small store at the front desk snacks an drinks staff available at all times

i like how the bar and grill was connected to the hotel and the food was great.

a price reduction should have been in order with no pool, hot tub, laundry or food service

a fire started in the laundry room area around 1 am, the staff and policeman/ fire dept
