pool was under maintenance, the room we were placed in wouldnt lock, so therefore anyone could come

wifi was strong throughout the resort, pillows and bedding were comfortable
the only place to refill water bottles was in the fitness center, which was a 5 minute walk away from the main hotel
no warning pool would close for half our stay while they painted building by pool
