noisy wifi not available in the room a lot of the time

one sofa and an easy chair so had to move easy chair to do hair and for room service

think for the money that you pay for bed and breakfast and have access to the gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna is really good but it would be nice to have access to the foot spa too

was a very tight room with the second bed down, felt like the layout was wrong and sharing with 2 kids felt difficult, when the kids were in bed you had no access to the kettle area without

issue was that as i was staying over christmas i rang in advance before booking and asked if room service would be available on christmas day, i was advised it would be and was sent the menu

the kids were over the moon at the quality of the room and the youngest wanted to sleep on the huge

reception, bar and breakfast.

i tend to go on a week night on my own to have some me time without the pets and kids at home

i'm not normally one to complain but when my kids pay 150 for me and my husband to stay some where i expected it to be a lot better

got there late but byrons brasserie allowed us to order room service and the food was delicious

strange rules about what food was available in the restaurant and what was only room service.

if you need help with anything this was our second time to stay at this lovely hotel the breakfast was very

convenient location and we were given a late check out until 1pm at no cost

is exceptional, the location is close to all of the shops etc and swimming pool was great the kids loved having a pool at the hotel which the enjoyed on both days
