the shower and both sinks (kitchen and bathroom) didn't have cold water, only lukewarm, warm, and scalding hot

the manager gave us a free breakfast and let us check out when we wanted to, plus allowed an early check in

requested an early check in and it was honored, from the moment i arrived the staff was friendly and

the people were very friendly. the breakfast was delicious. the pool was fun.

i drove in from philadelphia and arrived early

woke up multiple times during the night due to high school kids yelling through the hall

noisy , people and kids screaming, banging on door in mid of night, it’s not a place for families, a bit shady

i'm disabled and my balance some times i need help and no bar there to help

pool wasn’t 85 deg it was super freezing, the pillows were terrible and the bed was so

outdoor space by the water and ample parking in the rear of the b&b. pleasant host.

washcloths in the room, no room amenities, rooms look like they were designed for college kids, very small, and were not comfortable for anyone over the age of 30, over 6', or over 200 lbs

is vibrant and relaxing, perfect for working on your laptop with plenty of wall plugs with great wifi and coffee/ snacks from the front desk

loved the fact that is closed to the beach, kids enjoy so much the pool

at this price no breakfast, $50/day parking, bad wifi, basic channels, not even complementary coffee was ridiculous

our kids loved the entire experience, ages 12,11 and 9

beautiful grounds, super clean , amazing staff, great accommodations and an amazing pool and bar outside and literally across the street from beach
