and so accommodating- the airport transfer was great as they kindly gave us an early check in and late check out -

3rd floor rooms are one hell of a walk, and someone left their finished room service meal in the middle of the top floor hallway which needed to be moved all night

the hotel itself is beautiful with views from the bar of the castle, stunning in the evening, and my room was incredibly comfortable and cozy
