the balcony bar is great as you don't have to leave the hotel to have a great night

for personal reasons we requested early check in which was adhered

was superb, from the moment we walked in, freindly staff, excellent facilities throughout, & a bar that made you feel very welcome, breakfast has to be a 10/10, once again staff at breakfast

kids would prefer better wifi coverage. we generally prefer firm beds.

the kids enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed and old school charm

our room had a beautiful free standing bath with a view and my kids adored the 4 poster bed which was extremely comfortable

even packed the room with juice, sweeties and hot chocolate for the kids

especially since our two kids ate (exactly same menu) for free

staff were great and very welcoming to our group of 9. lots of parking and the food was good

we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, menu same as the bar perfectly adequate, served politely and quickly
