food at the restaurant was decent and very easy with the kids

we enjoyed the pools and hot tub, the gym, the tiki bar (expensive but tasty drinks and food) and the general ambience of the hotel

the prepaid breakfast was perfect

breakfast was poor and expensive there is no travel bus or transfers out of the hotel to the tours

breakfast buffet was poor for a 4 star hotel

no facilities service. no room service.

even though i scheduled for room service at a specific time that worked with my schedule, the service came at a different time

very nice resort to take your family, 3 outdoor pools, play area for kids, a nice pool bar, friendly staff, overall a nice

pool: the 2 pools both depth ranged from 3 to 6 feet, a little cold at night, but still tolerable

the pool was beautiful, however too few umbrellas.

unique swimming pools, bright inviting rooms and a great location for travelers- just 2 miles from airport

walk to the lobby was pretty far from our room and with little kids it made it difficult with loading and unloading the car

they also have a kids pool with slides on the other side of the hotel

the golf course was great for morning walks

i was ecstatic to find out i was upgraded to an ocean view/garden view/pool view room with a lanai

wish that the stevensons library bar and sushi restraurant was open all week instead of only for four days a week

front desk male on evening shift rude when i requesed late check out

pool is huge, very clean, close to the beach and there’s some stores like ray ban

great for our little kids, 3,4bring floaties though, they came in quite handy for our kids still not water safe

only mark against this place for me was the gym

manicured landscapes and surf instruction were great, day room for late check out

was some updating going on & the poolside bar closed early several nights while we were there bc of an issue in the kitchen

food was not great-- guacamole was frozen in room service order and the food at the pool restaurant wasn't great either

id say the prices for food and beverage and e gras like spa treatments and massages were outrageous and would like more food on the kitchen menu but since

also lots of kids at the pool so not very relaxing when you re paying $1k a night

food really good, one suggestion would be to add healthy options to the kids menu

not a single thing! except lower prices on spa treatments and extras.
