we were put in the back of the hotel with a view of the parking lot when the hotel faces the water and seemed almost empty

we ordered our breakfast to go each morning, it was very good

the hotel does have a restaurant onsite, and we ate there for breakfast and it was very good

we found the bar an was very friendly and informative of juneau and around which was very helpful, in

one end of the towel bar near the bathroom sink was loose

staff, fabulous breakfast/brunch menu, nice bar (food not as good as the daytime menu, but ok)

location, very friendly staff, has a bar and a bit of food, very comfortable beds and reasonably spacious

expensive and had noisy fan in bar area

friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, convenient location and wonderful shuttle service, and a freezer that made our travels with frozen items very convenient

complaining but it would be great to have a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, etc)

the location is just 5 minute from the airport and free shuttle is available!

the staff was so very nice, i was in a hurry so i had to get breakfast on the run and they gave me a small box to take with me
