location is perfect, close to the motorway for overnight stay if passing through and ample safe parking

and there was nothing available to eat the cafeteria was closed from 14:00 to 20:00 ditto for room service :-( the hotels reaction was to direct us to a cafe at the service station on the other (+)was nice but as a 4 star hotel i would have thought the restaurant would be open for room service but no service at all (*)room service cloaed, restaurant closed, no water in room ,no tea/coffee, no hair conditioner

we liked the breakfast and also want to give an extra plus to the gym that was well equiped and maintained for a hotel gym

the kids were disappointed because the pool is much smaller than how it looks in the

room service finish ar 23h00. not convenient when arriving late from a trip.

the breakfast was excellent

as we stayed for 6 days and and to go down to the cafe everytime we need coffee due to the room service minimum charge

it’s 24 hour reception and there is a bar attached to it which is great if you want a coffee or a quick meal

the bar connected to it is also great for a drink and a snack

of city was still good considering second stay in madrid staff very friendly and accommodating re late check out

also has terrific coffee shop/ bar downstairs
