location, staff-both hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful, passes to pool

spa bathtub was awesome and very comfortable

spa was being renovated, but they gave us free passes to the hot springs in town

we were upgraded because the spa bath in our room wasn't working.

but, we are offered to access using the harrison hot spring resort and spa instead

nice to have the kitchen with nice size fridge

it had a small kitchenette and a separate bedroom

however, it also was advertised as a kitchenette and did not have any other kitchenette features such as dishes, hot plate, or cooking

kitchen was amazing and the shower was sooo good

super picky here, pool bar drinks were a tad expensive, other than that, great.

forks or knives provided in the first visit and only one spoon and

room was right next to the service elevator so it was a bit loud and far from the pools

the spa - couple's massage was amazing, the copper room restaurant's food was delicious

early check in and good service

the hotel itself is out of the way but it does have a restaurant, bar , liquor store and munchies for sale and its in a gorgeous area,

pitty the bar was closed but they we're getting lots of work done to the place

friendly staff. dog friendly. the bar and grill is a great plus.

the staff were great and we had a nice few drinks in the bar below

it was a beautiful property, nice cozy rooms, a great bar on site. 10/10 for us!

my wife tells me the gym was minimal. that's all.

the hotel was clean and had a lot of amenities. the kids loved the pool.

we ordered room service from the restaurant and it was probably the best room service meal i have ever had

they have kitchen where i cook my own meal and a good access to highway.

were in an end unit and some guy with a big pick-up/with trailer hitch/ backed into the parking space in front of our unit and was so close we could not fully open our door

basic, clean motel. we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, which was spacious.
