(-)have to pay for wifi and parking and didn't like that (+) customer service was great and he comped my parking and gave free wifi (-) also got free wifi but i believe it would have cost extra (-)extra charge for wifi is archaic and unnecessary. had to pay extra for parking too (-)can t believe that in this day and age, wifi is not included in room rate
