the bar, the pool, the restaurant, and the area outside around the pool make it a very pleasant place to be

wifi unusable, found little balls of chewing gum in the shower, my machaca breakfast was horrible,

they need to have more security in the parking lot, the access to the hotel parking lot is open, more protection

would have preferred a bigger pool, but since the hotel is smaller (only twenty rooms), during our stay we had the pool pretty (+) we had a room right to the pool area and it was fantastic (+) the lobby bar/restaurant looks out to the pool with a miami feel to it (+) definitely coming back on warmer days so we can enjoy the pool area (-)were sad that no notification was sent letting us know that we wouldn t have access to the pool (-)the pool was under construction. (+) i loved the pool (even if water was a little warm) (-)pool was being repaired and we were not told this before our stay

i enjoyed the gym near the pool and imagine it would have been nice to enter the pool if it had been warmer during our stay

room service was too slow , the pancakes arrived cold as ice , they took to long to deliver them

facilities friendly staff awesome breakfast buffet restaurant opens until 10 pm and has a good variety of food

modern hotel with a pool and comfortable beds. free shuttle to the airport was a plus too!
