we didn't use the swimming pool or eat at the breakfast bar

had a sign saying the elevator was down, there would be no breakfast and no fitness facility, sorry the management

desk staff didn't understand that it's illegal to charge a pet fee for a service dog (they did charge me)

the parking lot could have paved better and marked better.

i do wish you had a pool, but we knew you didn't when we came.
