the kitchen had all the utensils we wanted

there was a kitchen but it was blocked off, which was a bummer because the town of hammondsport does not have

staff was excellent. breakfast was adequate and very clean . room was quaint , quiet too .

the people were so friendly we were able to get adjoining rooms and breakfast was fantastic

far exceeded expectations cleanliness age of building...newness sound deadening great breakfast

front desk staff and morning breakfast staff are outstanding. very kind and nicely lovely folks.

we also loved that the indoor pool was open and we just had to schedule time to go in to use the

hard to find ! not many good places to eat a full breakfast at nearby!

i would suggest having a garbage can outside of the pool area as there isn’t supposed to be food in the pool area but you have to walk into the pool

hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was wonderful, room were we will definitely stay here again

room was across from gym , and laundry was a few doors down employees was doing laundry pass 9pm and bunch of loud

how helpful the staff was on my requests. the breakfast was hot and well stocked.

also, a nice surprise was to find that the laundry is free (so just bring detergent with you)

an outdoor pool

the location of this hotel close to seneca lake and wakin glen state park plus foods

was a fridge in my room and i requested a early check in and a microwave last minute and the motel provided what i asked for

the pool was nice and clean as well as the gym room

stayed on a weekend, which made parking easy with the adjacent city lots

lovely stay in a spacious room and a nice indoor pool

courteous staff, great outdoor pool with a lifeguard.

parking is limited, but after about 15 minutes, i was able to secure a spot

breakfast coffee was weak. 2 of the 3 mornings no dark roast!!

not that i didn't like the inside pool, but an outside pool would have been awesome.

someone burnt a bagel which resulted in the fire alarm going off and waking my kids up

resteraunt was closed also was the pool and the gym everything was closed you owe me a

workout room and pool too

friendly and i was able to sleep well, i snored so loud the kids made fun of me and said i may have awaken the dead
