pool/hot tub was not kept up. laundry was broken/out of service.

front desk wasn t staffed - gone for airport shuttle. dryer was not working

nobody was tending the front desk while the attendant was doing a shuttle run for 15 minutes that lasted 30 minutes

breakfast could be a little better but it was not bad.
