we had beautiful diner in bar and breakfast was brilliant with so many choices will definetly be

plenty of parking and the bed was ultra comfortable

una was a perfect hostess and the food both breakfast and dinner

we loved the breakfast, my kids enjoyed the pancakes and waffles

swimming pool and sauna outstanding

beautiful warm room, bed very comfy. spa area exceptional

the pool was the most impressive and serene we'd ever seen

the setting and the pool.

the service in the bar was a little slow as there was only one bar lady on

very cold pool

car parking service would be nice, as on a wet day there is a small walk to carpark after loading and

room service menu was no better than every 3 star hotel i ve stayed in

we decided to make the use of the pool which opens 8am to 8pm

was gorgeous and delicious, the five course meal was the best we had on our trip and the spa was truly special and relaxing

the spa is great, i recommend to try it for sure there

gym was very small for a five star hotel and the front of the hotel looks like an office

breakfast was excellent

the room etc was most comfortable,and service was excellent at all times,spa area is special

was limited availability for access in the gym etc the bar was very busy and couldn't get a

parking on a normal day would have been easy, but because bike fest was going on, we had to meander

stay was very disappointing as we went for a rest away from the kids,we didn't sleep a wink as the bed was awful, i was shook all over the place every time my

spa area was quite crowded; small sauna; breakfast room was extremely crowded;

the staff were so friendly & our kids loved the swimming pool so close to the inec gleneagle

allowed to use the pool they were telling me to go to another hotel to use the pool with the kids

we enjoyed the buffet style breakfast table and there was a great choice in the breakfast

there is nothing to entertain the kids if the weather is awful outside.

we didn't use the other amenities, but beautiful pool, sauna/hot tub and spa onsite

disability parking could be better, we were lucky as we managed to park close to reception each day

we loved the late 12pm checkout, and the pool and steam room were perfect for unwinding

everything was stellar! spa treatments were exceptional.
