we had beautiful diner in bar and breakfast was brilliant with so many choices will definetly be

plenty of parking and the bed was ultra comfortable

una was a perfect hostess and the food both breakfast and dinner

we loved the breakfast, my kids enjoyed the pancakes and waffles

swimming pool and sauna outstanding

beautiful warm room, bed very comfy. spa area exceptional

the pool was the most impressive and serene we'd ever seen

the service in the bar was a little slow as there was only one bar lady on

very cold pool

car parking service would be nice, as on a wet day there is a small walk to carpark after loading and

room service menu was no better than every 3 star hotel i ve stayed in

we decided to make the use of the pool which opens 8am to 8pm

very nice to have activities like tennis,golf,soccer,volleyball at the site and fairy trail eith beautiful walks

there was plenty of available car parking for no extra cost which is an added advantage when you are on a driving holiday

we enjoyed a relaxing dip in the pool, and we were captivated by the design and layout of the spa and pool areas

they communicated the safety protocols in place ahead of our stay and arranged an early check in for us

wifi wouldn t work in our room so we couldn t watch a movie on netflix which we had planned to

spa was unreal

the spa is great, i recommend to try it for sure there

if i was being picky the gym could do with an update and a larger floor space.

the pool and jacuzzi were amazing and then we had a complementary hour at the spa

breakfast was excellent

to the hotel so you don t have to go far for some tasty food/ drinks we also visited the spa at the hotel

ordered room service - simple salad which wasn t good, and far too expensive

also the rooms were very warm at night and also our bin in the bedroom wasn't emptied whenever room service was done

but then she changed her storey saying it was because we had kids which was already known when we booked it

they provided free parking the hotel also has a spa and the hotel was immaculate

staff are amazing thankyou to mark and keiran at the bar the staff at reception are always helpful and friendly and a big thankyou to the housekeeping

wasn t overwhelmed by the noise and the following morning they had the bar ready for us for breakfast breakfast staff were absolutely amazing and couldn t have been more helpful

disabled parking,helpful staff, had a lift, breakfast host very helpful,able to call a taxi

my girls loved the golf amd very central and walking

only downside was poor wifi performance.
