wifi wasn't working

my husband, two kids, and i all had beds and were able to sleep long and comfortably after flying on a red eye from

easy to find, free parking, lots of room inside, included full breakfast

location, good parking, excellent food and drink

we ate an evening meal and had breakfast there

staff were so friendly, breakfast was amazing and beds were incredibly comfortable.

the breakfast was the best we have ever had and we have stayed all over the uk

first class golf courses on the doorstep

bar was nice, busy in august with all the golfers i suspect, but friendly staff and very helpful

the bass rock bar was lovely and fab mood, the lawn restaurant was incredible the food and service were above and

at first glance menu seemed quite restricted but we all - kids and parents - thoroughly enjoyed the food

got upgraded to a club room, very big so would be easy to have another pull out bed for kids to sleep on

since housekeeping had been sleeping on the job, they didn't charge us for the laundry and the coffee we had ordered

struggled to find fault with the hotel itself, however i would say the room service menu was a tad limited
