only issue was the lack of towels at pool

the large spa tub with shower was very roomy and hot

the staff the hospitality host in the breakfast room was the best

pool, hot tub , breakfast, cleanliness through out.

fitness center was cold, tv didn’t work. hot tub needed more chlorine

free hot drinks, lounging chairs and a pool table in the lobby

breakfast was fine - very inviting and comfortable lobby/foyer/breakfast area

additional breakfast options will make this hotel a very attractive option

the pool was clean, and warm

had a small gym open 24 hours.

the lady working when i checked in was absolutely fantastic and the young man working breakfast over the weekend was so helpful, and pleasant to talk to

it was october it would have been nice if there was a hot tub in the pool area, but no big deal

at breakfast a staff member came to our table and gave my kids fruit snacks that they loved

black mold in the pool and fitness area mad me sick

the staff attended the pool towels well as they were personally allowing guests into the pool area

front desk was so helpful with an early check in

pool room key swipe was broken, front desk called twice because my toddler was walking on the floor

price, lol. no bacon for breakfast.

the pool is the warmest indoor pool i have been in.

the pool had too much chlorine. the smell was so strong the kids never swam.

were aware that pool wasn’t in service and it was a gym

rooms and breakfast were just fine the pool was so hot it was like being in a hot tub

the pool was closed by the time we arrived at 1030pm but it looked very inviting

like the use of the spa area and the breakfast although it could've had a variety of choices than the same thing daily

staff friendly and gave us free laundry powder for washing

breakfast exceptionally fresh bed linens were high quality, crisp and fresh staff was wonderful;

was amazing, the people went above and beyond, the hotel's nice touches (laundry basket to put towels, beautiful view, cookies and apples in lobby, etc), complimentary limo

the kids loving the pool and spa

pool area needs cleaning: obvious rust by the entry door and equipment

of pool,beds were good,friendly folks, good parking, carts for luggage,availability to get coffee and

we arrived very late. the staff were great. breakfast and coffee were great.pool great for kids.

would be nice to have the pool and hot tub open a little later say maybe 11:00 pm

this was a great location and has a limo service (free) that can shuttle you the few minutes to where all the restaurants and shops are

these times of covid, i was surprised that breakfast was still included

although it was located right next to the pool, which was great for the kids, but the room smelled like chlorine

bay view, comfortable beds and the breakfast waffles and pool was the a great success with the kids

i was allowed an early check in ( an hour ) & a late check out of 12:30 .

room was above the kitchen door to the outside, and every time someone went in and out the screen door they would let

you do not want your clothing to smell like fried and grilled food, avoid the room right over the kitchen

the bar made lovely cocktails

excellent facility with breakfast.

breakfast, coffee bar is a nice touch, old classic building is very well maintained, the restaurant is exceptional

which was nice to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub with out kids screaming

there were kids on the floor about and you could hear them running back and forth

breakfast buffet was empty of a few items when nearing end of open time
