very clean, staff excellent walking distance of the town, great gym facilities

wifi was pretty slow and breakfast was only ok - not a great selection

had to make reservations for spa treatments in advance

the breakfast was amazing

it was wonderful to be able to send out laundry, not dry cleaning and have it back the next day

wifi in the bedroom and wen we tried to connect down stairs it asked for a code

no room service but we know that's because of the covid so no problem there.

as we were on a 16-day trip with only carry-on luggage and a backpack, we planned on using their laundry service, which turned out great

wifi appeared to be broken and no one seemed to care

staff at the dean galway especially the power gym staff were absolutely incredible , such a lovely room we booked a basic twin room and it was

very comfortable and had a bar and restaurant so because out of centre a bit, very convenient

only thing missing was a swimming pool for the kids

no place for young kids/babies

it was next to a carnival which got noisy with all the kids screaming

internet was good and laundry is charged by the bag rather than per item which made it convenient and very reasonable

we sat in the lounge by the front desk and looked out on the golf course

the breakfast was also delish, lots of gluten free options which was a bonus

it was so peaceful, the bar tender was attentive and we loved just sitting there

the room service breakfast was very bad, dried out and tasteless and some essential items were

my kids loved the pool and the tennis court. the staff were very friendly.

games toom, board games, sea views, few meters from coast, kids had a ball in rock pools

laundry bags and hoovers were found in corridors during almost the whole day long in many areas

with little staff, he told us the bar would be closing a little earlier than we would have liked but he did say we could take any

limited breakfast menu, but had something for everyone - cooked or not - so very satisfied

more friendly no good morning no thankyou // no welcome or goodbye when leaving asked to leave bar early after supporting them each night

were exceptional, food for dinner in the bar was beyond anything we could have expected

we had a lovely stay here, the staff were really nice and the breakfast was delicious
