clean, convenient location, nice helpful staff, great outdoor (and indoor) heated pool and hot

loved the fact that they had a playground and game room for the kids

and outside (even in the snow), they had saunas, a game room, a fitness room, a little market, a laundry room, a bar and lounge, and a tavern that is opened for breakfast and dinner

pool area was great and the gym was small but fine for amount of people using it

food quality and prices, ice skating rink behind hotel, move theater, hotel activities for kids, etc

had to go outside to go to pool in winter very chilly pool was not very hot

friendly people, warm atmosphere, newly decorated rooms. late check out (11:00)

was wonderful, grounds are beautiful and provide plenty of options for kids with the pool, tennis court, playground and the river, even a nice fire pit at night

the pool area was clean and inviting with plenty of seats to relax and enjoy the mountain view

we stayed only one night and was really impressed with good breakfast

the plumbing is a little slow to drain. pool is small and a little cold but kids loved it.

the restaurant wasn’t open. there was no bar to relax at after skiing.
