was dirty, spa tub didnt work, ice machinrs and snacks didnt work, in bad need of rehab, but we were given no

the pool was way to cold for the children

also, i was looking forward to the heated pool and gym

during the covid emergency, so pool facilities were closed

great bed...good breakfast!! nice pool too!! will return on future trips!

the bistro and bar that are advertised were closed, i understand covid is happening but then atleast state that is

the water pressure and the condition of the cardio equipment in the gym.

the pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it

the extra sitting room, desk and kitchenette saved us many times

comfy bed and small but good buffet breakfast

their gym is a mess

great suite with kitchenette! plenty of space and felt like home.
