elegant rooms carved into the volcanic rock, natural wood accents, miles of trails, amazing pools/spa elements, and a friendly/welcoming owner who is deeply passionate about this project

not much privacy in outdoor pool

most of the rooms have a small pool in the front patio which gets warm water from the springs

the view, the river and the pool area

personal thermal plunge pool outside room was a relaxing touch

volcanic mud and steam pools were fabulous and picturesque

free breakfast was excellent

the staff were accommodating of dietary restrictions at breakfast

hot springs and spa were wonderful additions to a great spot to vacation

the spa is built directly over the creek, with water flowing under the glass floor

kids could play a mean game of foosball

wifi was free good breakfast friendly staff conveniently located very clean

dinner and breakfast were both delicious

our family members stayed in a larger room, with separate space for the kids and adults, and that room was amazing

the bar didn't open until 4:30, but i *suppose* that is a good thing ;-) great location, easy to get to

my friend got charged $80 for a load of laundry

i was able to order room service after being tired from a long flight, and my room was clean

base for airport, lovely comfortable bed, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice little gym and pool too

hampton inn doesn't have room service

cheerful colours and well laid out with bar and eating tables by pool.

and clean with convenient shuttle access to airport

so nice to have food and drink options on site after a long travel day with our young kids

breakfast - limited, overpriced, terrible gym, tny pool - nice staff

it is very close to the airport. has a lovely pool area and a nice gym.
