parking lot was not clean

the parking was very limited and several guests had parked taking up more than one space

comfortable beds, easy parking affordable room

barley worked the entire stay, trying to get someone to clean the room was like pulling teeth and breakfast was only a few hours and would close up before time stated to be over

it says with breakfast but no breakfast

the price was great and rooms was clean and pool was fun

indoor pool was freezing and run down

the other issue was not having towels in the pool room and having to go to the front desk to get more

hotels fault but pool wasn't opened and hot breakfast wasn't served due to circumstances but really that was the

breakfast

the breakfast was ready promptly at 7. quite a nice hot breakfast and fresh fruit.

the front desk and breakfast staff were the most accommodating

value, clean, great breakfast, location.

no hot tub & pool closed. i miss rooms with a bath tub in them...most are all showers.

pool was down,

large room, quiet, kitchenette, clean.

were in emporia for a week so we enjoyed the full kitchen and the checking out of small appliances

kitchen area was nice

i like having a little kitchen as an amenity and the store to get food

00 pet fee was absolutely too much to pay and because of it i would not stay there again

easy check in and parking

easy off and on the interstate. plenty of room for parking.

no coffee pot. muddy parking lot

very courteous staff and great price. room to park trailer.

the wifi worked well and the tv was large with a good selection of channels
