(+)hotel was fine. although i don't think we've ever encountered a hotel parking lot that says (+) parking was clean and accessible

grandsons swam in the pool and suffered greatly from the chemicals in the water

swimming pool was not heated enough. all other things great

indoor pool and gym and basketball court staff courteousness in dealing with room problem

i loved the location and the little mini bar you had along with the check in ladies

loved the warm cookie on arrival... kids loved the indoor pool and beds were very comfy

hotel is spotless, the staff is incredible, it's got a wonderful indoor outdoor bar area that is fun but not wild

laundry cost was a little high

staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful in particular with getting change for the laundry and arranging taxis

the laundry bag in the closet looked used, so i had to get a new one

but due to the coronavirus which is understandable the pool was closed and the breakfast area was different but still loved staying there the room was big

so welcoming and pet friendly with a very reasonable pet fee
