next time we will make use of the pool

spa with pool, sauna and steam room and a solarium with sun loungers on the roof next to the gym

some of the male bar staff had a less then pleasant attitude towards guests

wifi wasn't optimal (for us very important) (-)no english tv not even sky news. couldn't get wifi or mobile. (+)a hotel, polamar is just an ordinary hotel with small rooms, slow wifi and both shampoo and quite a few items at the breakfast buffet in plastic

brilliant bar ,barman was just excellent made you feel right at home, old hotel but great

there were several restaurants, cafes and shops close by, and a nice playground for our kids

clean contemporary design spacious and reasonably equipped kitchen

very spacious, new with modern furniture and it was more than enough for two adults with two kids

kitchen not for family stay.

was good - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - like everyone, also kids

didn't have room service that i could see

unfortunately also during early morning time, drilling, hammering etc at 9 am, woke me and my kids up

we had to keep the air conditioning on heat to keep the room warm for the kids

friendly staff, we were allowed a very early check in before lunch

the cleaning room service, wasn't done during the stay.

there was no info in the room on how the wifi worked

location, whole apartment full access to laundry, last minute price friendly staff

for amazon and netflix etc but the internet is patchy so 2 nights we couldn't watch anything, no wifi connection details in the room so had to message to get details etc

no pool bar

the pool on the rooftop and the decor of the hotel. location is perfect

breakfast was mediocre to be honest, which is the only negative

there was a cocktail bar & pool on the roof with fabulous views

it was my mom's birthday on the day of arrival and they sent us champagne with the room service 5 minutes later after the check-in, as a gift

great location, very clean, big spacious rooms lovely views, nice bar and restaurant.

wifi signal could be better, at least in the suite we had on the fifth floor, but this is

location, the family rooms with the bunk beds are an excellent choice if u have kids and

superb staff

the gym was well fitted out

but wouldn t include it perhaps as so many places nearby for breakfast room very comfortable early check in was not possible which was disappointing in such a huge

pool had no shallow end so unable for non swimming kids to use

blame covid but the spa was closed & restaurant closed at 10pm

pool area is good and clean but a bit small for the number of guests and at busy times of the day

only issue we had was the spa was quite near to our room and you could hear everything that was going on and walls where

paying 10 euros pp to use the spa pool
