we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

free monkey boat tour in the morning, there are free kayaks to use on the beautiful lake and the breakfast is just delicious

noise of kitchen fan heard at the pool. included breakfast should be richer

we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was all delicious with beautiful views

very friendly staff; nice little paths around, great pool and restaurant

atch out for crocodiles) staff helpful and friendly ( and spoke good english which helped) the kids loved the

expensive laundry service.

the rooms are of a high standard and the restaurant and bar are excellent

i personally didn’t like that there was no self service laundry

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

to help someone else as she did not want to deal with my issue

wifi wasn't that great at times and i brought it to their attention, but it seems they did not do
