the pool doesn't seem to have any attendants working there, there is no food or beverage service

swimming pool closes before the written time

the wifi was off during all the weekend and the manager of the restaurant sissi proposed we use their

office closes at 6 pm and there is no one to help with any issues with the room after that, wifi was down for most of my stay in my room

breakfast service was awful and they ran out of oj

continental breakfast and service was wonderful and the staff provided beach umbrella, water bottle plus the

great restaurant and included breakfast was delicious!

but the worst was the noise from the bar, which is too central, and kept going 90 mins past the supposed 11pm closing

the hotel location is great and in the summer the visitors can enjoy the pool

i would have rather had a real breakfast at the bar downstairs

the host was extremely nice in helping us with the laundry as the unit 4 did not have a washing

they have a nice courtyard by the pool with activities to do on the grass area

many fun outdoor activities to do onsight around the pool- shuffleboard, pingpong, connect four, pickeleball and tennis, etc

to main street, beds are very comfy and access to a tennis court and pool

the grounds were lovely the tennis court and volleyball and the pool were easily accessible and well kept

rooms are spacious, kitchen provides so much flexibility, view is amazing!

kids partied all night in their roomand outside my door ac was filthy dirty filter filled with god

ac was disgusting filthy i had to clean it ( great way to spread germs) kids partied all night both nights i did not get to sleep kids partied all night outside my door ,

second room was very noisy because upstairs had kids stomping the floor day and night

in the kitchen, bathroom had long,black hair all over (i have blond hair) this is a place for kids very noisy

it was not meant for. beach or kids.

the gym was closed.

the gym is very modern, with new equipment and nice facilities

everything except the pool and its accommodations for the amount of guests.

we ordered room service an hour before close and someone took our order and then realized it was taken at the

pool & dinner
