was no staff at check out the person cleaning the pool did the check out because the front desk person was getting there late

incredible views from the rooms and infinity pool and the entire property is well cared for, and we were made to feel at home in every moment

clean in every single corner and the swimming pools are very well maintained

close to the airport (about 20 minutes), offers room service/ restaurant until 10, has a conviniendo store across the street, offered spa services (-) hotel room service little slow but meal was very good anyway and staff was very courteous (-)as airport hotel i would suggest the restaurant remains open longer hours or at least offer room service

it was so loud in our room as the kids proceeded to empty bags and bags of marbles on the floor wood floor and race around dragging

room was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family- we had 3 adults and 2 kids-our room had a king bed, a twin bed and a bunk bed

their parents had a separate room but it was distant enough that they could not hear their kids

and shampoo ect to purchase ,shes very sweet and friendly i would stay here again the free wifi is perfect plus theres a lock on the front gate so your safe
