residents bar shut very early and wifi poor. no plugs in the bar for laptop charging

the living / kitchen area was very good and everything you needed for cooking, not that we did much of that

fully decked out kitchen

when we checked in we asked for late check out but had cleaners banging on the door 5 minutes past 11 even though we agreed on 12

i thought there was a kitchen area but there wasn't.

loved the balcony, kitchen well equipped and dishwasher was useful

pool & gym facilities great

staff were all excellent, evening meal for bar food was very fancy and delicious

some swimming pool facilities were not available, one out of action on each of two days

there is an indoor pool but its not that grand, though it was a good swim

gym facilities great.food excellent and so was customer service

the activity for kids at the time was suitable for my 5y/o dd she enjoyed it really well

bedroom was lovely and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and swimming pool, gym etc were great

this is a great hotel for kids

the only thing my kids didn't like was having to leave to go home.

the location is good, the staff are helpful and the gym is well equipped for a hotel

the spa & gym are being finished off and once this is complete, will be a big addition to the hotel and to

of covid situation the spa + swimming pool weren't available

loss of parking, the swimming pool area and jacuzzi etc was great and very clean
