wifi conection in the room was so poor that i had to work using my prepaid data plan.

there was almost no attention on the rooftop bar - this could be improved.

we couldn t enjoy the spa facilities because it was raining but everything looked really great

we had multiple wrong orders of room service, we would try to order in spanish be asked to wait for someone to take our order in

we took full advantage of this and enjoyed a floating breakfast one morning
