we didn't want to eat the full tasting menu in the restaurant, but the chef made us up some bar snacks instead and then chatted with us for ages, which made us feel very welcome

the other aspect is that our room looked out over the pool and the old medieval castle

both breakfast and dinner were really good, they had no problems accommodating to our vegetarian needs

breakfast and evening meal was very good and met all our expectations

and breakfast were fantastic - home-cooked and delicious

swimming pool not open, looks stunning but a bit early in april

we enjoyed a lot the pool, and the garden with amazing and delicious breakfasts and dinners, made by robert, our

amazing facilities (bar, spa and of course the pool (+) 25 m infinity pool outside - not heated so v cold but great once in

great balance of communal and private space

access to a well equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook meals
