very clean, near restaurants, nice staff and can use hotel next doors indoor pool and hot tub

nothing i disliked about it accept the wifi,it was really hard to connect to and the breakfast bar wasn't what i was expecting

parking lot was keep clean from all the snow boone had while we were there

very nice breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool

i enjoyed the spa tub and the view

we had to stand up and eat and with three kids that was difficult

i even had to walk in the middle of snow storm in to get change to wash my laundry which is poorly discovered i n the web

the cozy ambiance you would expect, no noise insulation, lake view i paid for is ruined by the parking lot

view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot, 2nd and 3rd floor might be slightly better, but 2nd floor rooms have not been updated

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort
