get to use the pool

parking at the hotel wasn't ideal

no parking spots in front. i do understand the circumstance though.

no room service no meals we were not made aware of anything there was nothing in our room it was like

breakfast was good - staff was excellent - check in was excellent

it advertised we would get breakfast and that was not available due to remodeling

elevator and the breakfast had little to no options just mostly black coffee and different types of breads

staff, food, room, service, cleanliness, parking, bed, pool, gym, location...

very busy our last night and a lot of young kids running around the halls

our room was near the stairwell and we heard kids running up and down the stairs

pool smaller than pictured, other guests let their kids scream and run the halls all night

great place..nice pool and hot tub and great clean room

we didn’t have breakfast there. but it all looked real nice!

'heated pool' was cold. 'hot tub' was luke warm. no free anything, not even water.

i also explained there were 4 kids traveling and only 2 adults were guaranteed to travel but could be 3

reserved the room for me and my 4 kids and when i went to take a shower i noticed that they only had one washcloth in the restroom

i wanted to try the spa service but it was closed on sunday

even when i left my bag at home and needed to run to the store while the kids were in the pool they helped me and i really appreciated that i do a blog review for a company they are

wish they would have had a shuttle service or include something with our stay

loved everything about it we we stayed however there was no spa appointments available so that was a bummer other than that it was

great location, breakfast was fine and a subway nearby was helpful
