evening meals were delicious, very comfy bar area for

great breakfast and restaurant menu and quality

and the breakfast was 5*

bar had a great atmosphere and again staff welcoming and friendly

comfortable bed, good breakfast, room service and food were excellent.

seemed to be in the family side, kids running up and down corridor, shouting on each other

can t fault this hotel other than i think it would be better when having a function to have a bar upstairs in the function suite, the bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, the

bar and restaurant also pleasant and

very comfortable surroundings and lots of free parking

it was supposed to be a family room but you wouldn't be able to wash kids in the bathroom because you wouldn't 2 people in

kids loved the billiard table

we ate in both the restaurant and the bar and i have to say that the food in both was really good, as was the breakfast

full use of the hotel’s pool & steam room, which was great

location and being able to use spa next door is fab

used the swimming pool in the spa hotel which was nice

we went into the bar for a drink, but no one was there to serve

we were unable to connect to the wifi or easily adjust the temperature of the underfloor heating

there wasn’t any pancakes kids were wanting pancakes

shift and my partner was there for leisure so it was perfect to have a separate living space and kitchen

big bed, nice bathroom, good sized tv, great mini kitchen even has dishwasher

we got an early check in, and breakfast was very good. room was also nice.

all the staff were lovely from the reception, bar and breakfast

gluten free options good but not great room service needs work but problems resolved quickly.

wifi seemed a little patchy at times.

everything about the hotel friendly staff excellent service great meals and breakfast

swimming pool/gym complex was detached from the hotel & a short was necessary therefore we did not use this

excellent breakfast with plenty of choice

staff were really friendly, breakfast was fresh and the meals we had in the wild brownie bar were lovely without a wait despite being quite busy
