was excellent as was the breakfast - unfortunately i didn't have time to use the pool, but i'll definitely change that if i get to stay again

there was ample parking available for my rental car, and the wifi worked wonderfully

,need railings up both sides of steps as a potential dodgy drop either side ( not safe for kids or elderly),flooring tiles broken in hall so trip risk

was spacious like our own apartment with a hall and two separate bedrooms which was ideal for the kids

lady on breakfast duty needed a hand. it was a bit disorganised.

the family room is a good layout for two adults and two kids

staff were really friendly, room was great for us and our two kids (9 & 11)

piped music from the bar was audible outside & so in my room

the bedroom and bathroom had the heating on all the time so was comfortable, but the bar and dining room were really cold as the heaters weren't on
