the hotel has everything you may need: a fridge, a microwave oven, laundry service, a pool

the pool and spa were the favorite

the breakfast was exceptional

kids loved the indoor heated pool, room is totally remodel and super clean

the whole hotel was very clean and it is easy to use laundry machines provided for the customers

thin walls, had a family above us with kids the kids run around & screamed & cried all night keeping us awake

my kids were very upset

which the kids refused to eat

my kids were so disappointed because we could only stand to be in the room for a few minutes

elevator wasn t working. air conditioning made excessive noise. wifi was terrible.

we arrived at 5:45 and the salad bar had very few items available

insufficient disabled parking - although some spaces are provided, there were far too few for the amount of people using

they have a big parking lot but it was not hard to find a spot fairly close to the room

i love the location and my kids love the pool

but luckily there was a stairwell that took us to the parking lot

there is an indoor pool that is not heated and a large hot tub indoors as well

there was a red stint on the bed, multiple stints on the ground, tents and a totally unusable kitchen

my family loves going to the pool they have at the hotel
