outdoor pool was not open .

the staff was excellent and did extra work like late check out. the view was excellent.

it is a beautiful place and the kids really enjoyed the water park

location was fantastic. kids loved the water park.

pool bar was good, friendly bartender and pool area was clean

we could see the lake from our second rooms window, walking distance to a fun park for the kids and my family enjoyed all of the activities the hotel provides for free

kids were going on the bicycles unsupervised in front of vehicles

facility says no smoking or drinking by the pool and a group of older women were in the pool so kids could hardly be around comfortably

kids loved the green space and the making smores at the fire pit

we would have needed to move our car from a good parking spot for our room to a space closer to the banquet room

like that there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel and also that our room was where we could see our motorcycle out the window easily

however why put out anything for breakfast as the muffins, etc are a joke

bed mattress wasn’t the best. kids really missed having a pool

recently remodeled room, very clean, friendly staff, buffet available 24x7 with hot breakfast added in morning, great value for the price

there was also an unfortunate incident with a drunk person in the pool area while my teenage kids were there

pick-up trucks to park in a special section of the parking lot where there is more room to

the canteen was well stocked with breakfast items, with coffee and other items available 24 hours a day

for a small fee, they even did my laundry

i wasn't told when breakfast started or ended so i did end up missing out on that
