bed was way to hard for higher end hotel. room service didn't clean my room between nights.

we were pleasantly surprised when we found out we could get breakfast in the morning…perfectly cooked by leah, who also helped us check in

very great staff and very comfortable beds. kids loved the pool.

the staff was also very accommodating when we asked for extra towels, clean sheets, and a late check out

she had to take care not only of the administrative matters, but ali of maintenance, including laundry and taking care of supplies for the guests

good quality breakfast for a free buffet and centrally located to basically everything we were planning to

noisy room as we stayed by the elevator, and pool was too loud to have a normal conversation

we had to do early check in, but they could have been accommodating and not charge the extra fee

the gym was very nice; i was able to do afull upper body workout with the cable machine, pull-up bar
