the friendly staff and the indoor pool

bed was no comfortable and to many kids running and being loud during the night

the front desk incorrectly advised about the wifi and i got locked out on my phone

had to pay for breakfast vouchers on top of $140 for room

there were a lot of kids there for a baseball tournament and they were extremely loud very late

the pool was nice

and only had 1 towel and when we asked for more she blew her breath and only gave us 2 more so my kids had to share

the staff we were able to give me quarters for the laundry although that was unclear what was required as there were no signs up to use them

the fitness room had some equipment that might have been 20-30 years old

the fitness room was good but i would recommend installing tissues and sensitizer to disinfect

it was clean. staff was great. breakfast was good.

i wasn’t able to get the provided breakfast. it was just a quick stay.

the kids loved the king suite said it was the biggest hotel room they had ever been in and loved having

i know we was surrounded by kids, but they was so well behaved and quiet
