would have liked to have had a bathtub n closer access to parking lot

check out average time but with the pool it would be nice to have a later check out

it was in need of some tlc. the indoor pool wasn’t open due to staffing issues.

only thing i didn't like was one of the lifeguards at the pool outside (she had dark hair and glasses), was a little curt with the kids and always vocal

breakfast, and a huge hotel room

left a day early, it was due to the kids running around, up and down the hallway

good thing i'd brought cereal for the kids

the kids loved the pool and hot tub

tailgating in parking lot (outside our window), pool area occupied with a bunch of little kids in the hot tub

near a casino was not what i expected

fresh well stocked and attended by staff location was convenient and they even had a shuttle to casino

location to access casino/concert and easy on/easy off from thruway

i could hear kids, phone calls, alarms from nearby rooms

my kids and i enjoyed our

breakfast was fine

we got a room with a pull out couch for kids and it was so great to have an extra bed they didn’t need to share

breakfast was great--parking was great - enjoyed our stay - excellent visit

arrived for a 1 night stay with my 2 little kids (4 & 2) and we had a great night

breakfast could offer a little more variety and more fresh fruit.

i removed it and we used our own fleece blankets to ensure the kids were comfortable

nothing like cleaning a room in a hotel before you and your kids can sleep

then there were screaming kids and adults running up and down the hallways

staff is very nice and allowed up to check in late after a party i was hosting and have late check out if we wanted

had people living in the second floor and kids where running all night until 4am in the morning

very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, good location

i traveled with my spouse and two teen kids

clean, modern, and staff was very helpful with late check out request

pool, hot breakfast, suite room, able to secure a roll away bed for additional child

it had a library, gym, and pool

the staff! such amazing people especially tina! very clean and breakfast was amazing!
