we had to stand by the bar and wait for possible spot at the bar while the servers swerved around us accomadating the

amenities were fantastic, clean and a beautiful ambience, the restaurant and bar was amazing!

loved the tea in the afternoon and the bar at night. the bathrooms were very nice.

desk, bellmen & afternoon tea staff were outstanding, as also room service staff in kitchen & server was very nice

shower pressure / volume , cold room service dinner which was quite expensive, coffee in lobby hidden away at 10:00 am sharp

the room service was less than stellar.

my room was facing the parking lot, so the view could have been nicer

the restaurant was open until 10pm we were able to get room service and relax

clean and the staff were amazing. lived the bar and restaurant!
